Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, no credit card. During the trial you can generate quotes and download up to three finished PDFs. After that you pick a plan or buy a single quote.
How does annual billing work?
You are charged ten months for a year, so two months are free. Switching between monthly and annual is prorated against what you have already paid. If the annual toggle is greyed out, annual prices are not configured on this deployment yet.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switching tier or cadence takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice. You can also move down a tier — your existing quotes, contracts and invoices stay readable either way.
What if I only need one quote?
Buy a single quote instead of a plan. The cheaper option carries a small quoteai.ca line in the PDF footer; the clean one carries your logo and nothing of ours.
Are these prices before or after tax?
Before. Stripe adds the sales tax for your province at checkout. The tax on the quotes and invoices you send your own customers is a separate calculation, made from their province.
How do I cancel?
From the Stripe billing portal linked in your account, any time. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. You can also export everything as a ZIP, or delete the account outright, from Settings → Security.
I heard there is a pilot. What is it?
quoteai is opening in British Columbia, Ontario and Québec first. If you work in one of those provinces, the pilot page has the details and the promo code, when one is running.
